Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurants were founded in 2001.
The owners come from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco Mexico where their family has a long culinary tradition and were restauranteurs starting with their grandmother from who they inherited their culinary arts.
In 1995 their sister moved to Washington state where she started the first of many family-owned restaurants.
Today the family owns more than 10 locations which keep alive their love for the Mexican cuisine.
